On June 12th, 2011, in the midst of a severe global recession, The RoboCup, LLC launched the RoboCup© -- an exciting new patented portable caddy with a world of uses. RoboCup is a Nevada company that is the manufacturer and exclusive global distributor of the RoboCup. In 2005, as lifetime outdoor enthusiasts, the sole new mission was to develop a highly distinguishable proprietary product for both work and play that's unique, practical and versatile. What started as "Fish Caddy" a complex rolling plastic fishing crate, downsized to "Rod Mate" which was a clampable double fishing rod holder and then finally to RoboCup. Over six years of product development and R&D was done before mass producing the first batch of RoboCups. Even one complete set of tooling was destroyed because it was only "80% right". In 2009, the USPTO granted a stout US utility patent and international patents are pending. "RoboCup©" is a registered trademark in the USA, Canada, UK, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, India and others pending.
RoboCup is utility patented caddy that securely holds two drinks, cups, bottles, liquids, rods, poles, drum sticks, tools, gear, personal belongings, phone, keys, glasses, GPS, flashlight, cane and more. With no tools required, this innovative holder instantly clamps to both round and flat surfaces up to nearly 2" maximum. RoboCup is portable, durable, lightweight, simple to use and handy for numerous applications. The patented dual-cylinder design holds more than twice the capacity of any other portable holders available and clamps instantly to both round and flat surfaces making it highly functional. HOW TO USE: Use two hands and hold the RoboCup near your chest area with the jaws facing away from you. Second, to open squeeze the top cups towards each other using your upper body and finally clamp onto a surface using both jaws equally. The two powerful wide rubberized jaws are leveraged apart for an impressive clamping function. The dual jaws operate using strong stainless steel springs and hardware for rust prevention. RoboCup has attention to detail, no sharp corners and is less than 1 lb. to carry. Molded with a robust utilitarian design, it`s constructed of a poly-resin material that has UV-inhibitors added for longevity against the elements. The bottom caps unscrew for access to clean it and for long objects including two fishing poles. The included two strap accessories can be configured in various configurations to hold your gear or to reduce the inner diameter for smaller sized drinks. For maximum clamping capability, the RoboCup can be locked using a 4" plastic cable-tie in the small opening in the jaws but careful not to over tighten. The jaws can also be wrapped with one of the provided straps to keep them secure. CAUTION: The spring-loaded jaws are very powerful requiring proper use and caution. Do not put hot liquids in the RoboCup.
